Officer turnover every 1-3 years with little transition or information transfer
Getting new members to attend events due to geographically large cities in most of our region
Lack of knowledge of GOLD for new members
Market events as IEEE “Young Professionals”

Save and share resources on website for better knowledge transfer
Keep current sections active, and work on revitalizing non-active GOLD affinity groups
Continue an annual officer training/meet-and-greet for GOLD chairs in the region
