2.2% health insurance renewal (change to retirees option) $1,500,000 0% health insurance renewal $ 1,900,000 10% District Budget Reduction in addition to the 5% previous reduction $ ,000 10% School Discretionary Budget Reduction in addition to the 5% previous reduction $ 214,000 Change the Phased Retirement Plan program salary percentage so that the retiree pays for half the alternate contribution rate $ 282,500 Change the Phased Retirement Plan program salary percentage so that the retiree pays for the alternate contribution rate $ 565,000 Charge a fee for student-based programs that have a cost to M&O $ -0- Implement Athletic Participation Fee * would be eligible for extracurricular tax credit $ 500,000 Reduce non-academic addenda by 10% $ 187,500 Reduce non-academic addenda by 25% $ 468,750 Reduce School/Department Capital Allocation $ -0-
