You receive an immediate notification. The new lead contact details for “Sally Draper” are ready in your Smart Studio CRM. At this stage, you can also rank Sally as a Hot, Warm or Cold lead based on Sally’s likelihood to convert, or the quality of the lead source in the absence of more information. Most importantly, you can assign the ‘New Lead’ Action Plan to Sally Draper in an attempt to make contact. We’ll cover more about Action Plans in an upcoming slide
