Describe what an enzyme is. Enzyme Where it is made Where it acts What the products of digestion are Carbohydrase or amylase Protease Lipase Enzymes are specific, what does this mean? Use the keywords: Active site and reactant Add labels to the following diagram of an enzyme-reactant complex. Look at the graph below which shows how temperature affects an enzyme-controlled reaction. Describe the effect of temperature on the rate of reaction. Explain the shape of the graph. c.
