Fig 1 Time course of the urinary tetranor-PGDM concentrations in the AIA, aspirin-tolerant asthma (ATA), and anaphylaxis groups. The log-transformed urinary tetranor-PGDM concentrations are expressed as medians and interquartile ranges. The AIA, ATA, and anaphylaxis groups are indicated by closed triangles, circles, and squares, respectively. The asterisk indicates P < .05 in comparison with the baseline values. The dagger indicates P < .05 in comparison with the baseline values of the AIA and the anaphylaxis groups. Urine samples were collected at baseline and following the reactions. One-way repeated measures analysis of variance with post hoc analysis of Dunn's test was performed for the time-course provocation test. For the comparison of the urinary data at baseline in the 3 groups (the AIA, ATA, and anaphylaxis groups), Kruskal-Wallis test followed by Mann-Whitney test with the Bonferroni correction was carried out. Fig 2 Significant correlations between the urinary concentrations of tetranor-PGDM and 9α,11β-PGF2 in the AIA and anaphylaxis groups. Urinary prostanoids values are expressed by using the log scale. The AIA and anaphylaxis groups are indicated by closed triangles and squares, respectively. Spearman's rank correlation test was used to evaluate the correlated data.
