WHERE TEAMS AGREE DIFFERENT DAYS, KICK OFF TIMES BETWEEN THEM THAT IS FINE. LET YOUR AGE GROUP REP KNOW

7. League entry fees
ALL WRGFL TEAMS WILL BE CHARGED A £40 ENTRY FEE AND £2 FOR EACH REGISTERED PLAYER. ALL YU18GFL TEAMS WILL BE CHARGED A £50 ENTRY FEE AND £2 FOR EACH REGISTERED PLAYER.
LEAGUE ENTRY FEE INVOICES WILL BE SENT TO ALL CLUBS AT THE BEGINNING OF OCTOBER PLEASE MAKE SURE THE ENTRY FEES ARE PAID QUICKLY. PLAYER REGISTRATION FEE INVOICES WILL BE SENT TO ALL CLUBS AT THE BEGINNING OF MARCH (AFTER FINAL TRANSFER DATE). PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL PLAYER REGISTRATION FEEES ARE PAID QUICKLY   

8. match day before, during and after…….
By 9PM on the MONDAY evening before the weekend game home teams should contact their opposition and give them the following info. Kick Off Day, Kick Off Time, Venue Address, Facilities Available (if no toilets can you tell your opposition where there are some close by). Team Colours and the name of the Referee (if already appointed)
If you are the away team and do not receive the information by 9pm on the MONDAY before the game you should the home team asking for the information copying in your Age Group Rep and the League Secretary. ON THE DAY both teams must pass their team roster to the opposition before the game. Players should be checked as there will be no comeback after the game if you make a complaint. If you are unhappy with a players eligibility as she is not on the roster you should refuse to let her play. If a team arrive without a roster again you should refuse to play. If either of the above happens you must contact the league immediately. If you let a player play or a team play without sight of a roster then you will have no comeback after the game. AFTER THE GAME please answer your SMS text and send in the result or use FA Matchday App to send in the result. By the WEDNESDAY after the game you should have ed your team sheet to your Age Group Representative. All girls that played should be noted on the sheet plus any guest players.
