Look at the cards and reflect on your challenges. Is anything important missing? Some cards are blank – you can write extra capabilities on these Your task is to sort your cards by category – motivation, capacity, systems Select three substantial challenges 10

Activity 3 – Meet the challenges
Select a substantial challenge Collect a card assigning you a lens Contribute ideas from the perspective of your lens Build your strategy Produce a poster summarising your approach(es) Allocate a scenario to each group. Group to develop a plan to embed these capabilities in the curriculum. 12
