Xpot global services Get your ideas in the hands on the world

2 content Title and company purpose Content Product/solution Traction
Business model Growth plan over the next 6 months Market size Vision team

3 problem Nigeria as of 2017, had over 80% of its total export revenues from oil commodities which is totally dominated by the Government. Nigerian/African exporters have had and still have the challenge of getting locally made products to international clients across the globe. African goods are hardly seen and used unlike that of other continents which doesn’t promote the African heritage

4 Solution Xpot serves as an online e-commerce platform dedicated to connect local vendors/merchants with businesses and individual buyers across the globe. We also serve to take these locally made goods and place them in the hands of buyers across different international communities

5 Traction over the programme (revenue/users)
We have carried out surveys with over fifty (50) potential customers in different countries to know their take about the idea and a business which serves this purpose. So far we got over 80% acceptance according to the survey. Zero sales as we haven’t launched the product (still in development stage) We are setting up a landing page at the moment to acquire users.

6 Unique value We offer hand crafted finished goods strictly from Nigeria (Africa) We connect vendors/merchants to buyers across the globe we make sales of strictly non-oil products we as an organization would be the first Nigerian company to offer said product.

7 Business model Buyers Purchases products on our platform
We notify vendors. Our Vendors see request and respond by offering sales Buyer makes payments (we charge vendors commission fees on transactions and store hosting fees, we charge buyers handling fees) We collect products for shipping and export products to the desired destinations

8 Growth plan over the next 6 months
Early July – completion of our platform JULY - Xpot aims to carry out a beta test at this time with a merchant and a buyer to test our solution SEPT - We aim to use our test results to fix noticed challenges. We also aim that by this time we have made relevant partnerships in preparation for our launch LATE SEPT/OCT - Operations begin as we roll out our product to the public and begin transacting.

9 MARKET SIZE/POTENTIAL
POTENTIAL BUYERS START WITH NIGERIANs IN DIASPORA. WE HAVE NIGERIANS IN MILLIONS IN DIFFERENT PARtS OF THE WORLD STARTING WITH THE U.S/CANADA AND U.K WE WOULD THEN TARGET AVERAGE U.S/CANADIAN AND U.K CITIZENS BEFORE SPREADING TO OTHER PARTS OF THE WORLD. Countries within Africa inclusive.

10 Vision for the future First I expect Xpot to have become a profitable company in 5 to 10 years I also see Xpot to be on an international competitive edge with top giants like etsy, eBay, etc. this is because of our advantage of selling African made goods to the world unlike the others. I expect Xpot to have expanded its businesses in key e-commerce by promoting a lot of opportunities about Africa to the world.
