All cases have full pathology review prior to MDT meeting
If no changes to report (staging) management proceeds as per existing clinical protocols
Standardised minutes

4 cases had full MDT discussion (within exclusion criteria)

5. Outcomes Average of 4 cases per meeting (0-8) 44 cases reviewed
Zero changes to original report
No safety or outcome concerns
Efficient use of time within MDT meetings
Focus on high risk patients that benefit from clinical discussion
