Smoothing: 3 weeks allocated in September IMPACT on the schedule: rescheduling of the hardware commissioning
Installation of the BLM postponed in August due to the asbestos cleaning NO IMPACT on the schedule
Installation of the LBS ongoing but LBS.BVT10 not ready on time MINOR IMPACT on the schedule
BE-BI (SEM Grids): not ready for installation before September RISK to IMPACT the schedule

Completion of the Linac4 transfer line L4T
Completion of the beam line sectors 6 : completed
Survey measurement of the overall Linac4 and transfer line completed
Smoothing of the overall Linac4 and transfer line will start started – to be completed in September (weeks )
3MeV beam tests ongoing until 23th August
Any additional activities must be announced and evaluated if compatible with the smoothing

Reconfiguration of the beam lines
Cabling campaign starts completed (additional activities to replace the DC cables)
Installation of the new crane completed
Installation of the new metallic platform completed
Refurbishment of the floor and painting completed
(Re-)installation of the beam line starts in progress
Re-installation of beam line equipment on LT completed and LTB being completed (remain vacuum pipe and MSFH/V40)
Alignment LT completed, LTB completed, LBE in progress
Vacuum connection, pumping and leak detection in progress
Measurement and Smoothing start next week
