To inform Transitioning Service Members(TSM) of the opportunities for Veterans as subcontractors and small business owners for federal contracts.

Formal goals are in place to ensure that small business get their fair share of work with the government.

4. STATUTORY GOALS 23 Percent of prime contract for small business;
5 Percent of prime and subcontracts for women-owned small businesses;
5 Percent of prime contracts and subcontracts for small disadvantaged businesses
3 Percent of prime contracts and subcontracts for HUBZONE small business
3 percent of prime and subcontracts for service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses
