GetCare TCARE Welcome to the MTPD Technology Overview. This is one in a series of course designed to help the learner have a high level introduction of the technology involved with the MTPD initiative. These courses were specifically developed for Snohomish County Long Term Care and Aging MAC and TSOA case management contractors. BarCode ACES

‘Assessment Date’ is the date the assessment was completed. For the top assessment, the functional assessment may have been entered on 7/3/18, but the actual assessment was completed on 8/1/17.

Assessment Date = Date the assessment was completed. Update Date = Last time the assessment was opened and edited. Complete a screening at least every six months or six months after the last assessment. Assessments must be completed at least annually or more frequently if the individual’s condition changes. Date Locked = Date the assessment was saved as the final version. Next Due= Date the next assessment must be completed. This field will autofill according to the assessment date.

Select “Add New Assessment” to open the dialog box. In the “Select Form” field select the screen or assessment or screen you need to complete.

At the top of each screen, assessment or Annual NFLOC, there is a next due date—be sure to mark the next due date of the last day of the month at the six month or annual. Scroll down and complete the field in the screen, assessment or Annual NFLOC—when completed, lock with a signature password.

Scroll down and complete the fields in the screen, assessment or Annual NFLOC—when completed, lock with a signature password. Note: signature password will only be allowed when all of the required fields are completed.

11 Setting Up RACs The Recipient Access Codes (RACs) are what identify the program the care receiver is on and allows payment for vendors. The case manager, Reporting Unit (RU), the Functional RAC and the extension of the dates of the RACs will be areas that may need editing. To edit the worker will click on Change Edit for each line and make the appropriate edits. Once the edits are complete, reclick on change edit buttons and then click on the Send to CARE button
