PERKINS LOANS- Government pays interest on these while you are in school.

Institutions offer scholarships to students attending their college, and many are specifically for incoming freshmen.
The incoming freshman scholarship application may be part of the admission application or it may be a separate application. Check with your school to find out how to apply.
Be sure to watch for scholarship deadlines as they may be early in the student’s senior year of high school.
It’s never too early or too late to apply for scholarships! Students are encouraged to apply for institutional scholarships as they continue through college.
