3. [Export Claim Report] Introduction
Vault supports the ability to export the details of a recorded Claim as a report, allowing records to be shared with People who would not normally access the Claims Management Register
The procedure begins in the Claims Management Register, which can be found under People in the Menu Bar

4. [Export Claim Report] Print Claim
Locate the Claim in question, and click Actions, then Print

5. [Export Claim Report] Select Format: HTML
Select the format for the report
Selecting HTML will publish the report as a single page within Vault
The URL may be shared with and accessed by anybody who has access to Vault

6. [Export Claim Report] Select Format: PDF
Selecting PDF will publish a file which can be downloaded to your computer and shared with anybody via or file-sharing
