Eating in school Reminder - No open food or drinks are to be taken out of the dining hall. Food can be taken out of the canopy if you wish, but all litter must go in the bins. Litter outside needs to improve and if it does not then we will have to change back to all eating inside.

Self Belief No human is limited,
Any human being can go beyond their limits, Any human being can go beyond their thoughts, (Eliud Kipchoge, Marathon Runner)
15
Why is self belief important?
Self-belief is that positive feeling you have inside that you are capable of anything. You feel empowered, confident ready to face challenges and problems. YOU ARE ALL CAPABLE OF ANYTHING! But to achieve this YOU need to be disciplined Eliud Kipchoge became the first person in history to run miles in 1 Hour 59 mins and 40 Seconds He can run two and a half laps (1000m) of our Athletics track in 2mins 50secs and continue to do this until he has completed 26.2miles He believed he could do it and he did!! Nothing stood in his way! Eliud didn’t make excuses………. he was disciplined
16
Do you have self discipline?
“Self-discipline starts with you. It’s no other person. It starts with you. Start to examine yourself…self discipline is doing what’s right instead of doing what you feel like doing. That’s the meaning of self-discipline.” Eliud Kipchoge
17
There are no limits We’re nearly at the end of our first half term What have you done this half term that has shown self belief and self discipline? TASK Can you now write down on the piece of paper what that was and what you want to challenge yourself with next half term? YOU ARE ALL CAPABLE OF ANYTHING
