3. The PTFC Trust exists for:
‘The purpose of holding shares’ that were gifted to supporters as part of the deal that saw the Club become debt-free in early 2016.
With a holding of 19.28%, the PTFC Trust is the single biggest shareholder in the Club and is recognised as the primary vehicle for fan engagement.
The beneficiaries of the Trust are the supporters.

5. 3 Supporter Trustees are co-opted following an application process

To strengthen the supporter voice on the Trust, the number of Supporter Trustees has risen from 2 to 6 over the past 3 years
3 Supporter Trustees are elected by fellow supporters to serve a 3 year term
3 Supporter Trustees are co-opted following an application process
An election for 2 new Supporter Trustees will shortly be held
Per the Trust Deed, to stand as a Trustee and/or to vote, you must hold a season ticket for the current and 2 previous seasons
Information on Nominations and voting will be on our Facebook page, the club website, programme etc.

6. We were not involved or consulted prior to change of Board

We were not involved or consulted prior to change of Board
We met with the new Chairman who provided an update on the takeover process on 12th July, Trustees released a statement on 15th July
We have requested to meet representatives from the Consortium, this has been agreed by the Club
We will continue to represent you in discussions with the Board
Over the past year Trustees met regularly with the PTFC BoD
Requested a formal meeting with the Jags Trust
