2. Admin Block Is the place to organise and manage your online classroom.
Non editing teachers mainly access users, reports, grades and switch role to….. and editing teachers additionally use turn editing on and gradebook set up

3. Users
In the Administration block click ‘Users’ and then ‘Enrolled users’
Here you will see a list of all users enrolled in the unit.
You can filter the user list by group or you can use this screen to manually enrol new users into the unit.
Users are usually populated by the self enrolment method (recommended)

Here you can add filters or sort or you can simply view details displayed in the list

You can type a key word in search, select enrolment methods, role, group or status

Recommended Enrolment method is self enrolment where the student is provided with a link and a key.
Other methods included manual enrolment, or cohort sync which we do not have activated in this example.

7. groups Groups are used to: organise learners in the course
allow for notifications to be set
filter information to a particular group
easily export group data
allow student to message teacher

When you click on a group from the left groups menu the list of participant is displayed on the right.
The number of participants is displayed in brackets after the group name example Quality team has 12 members.

9. Add/remove users Blended delivery in iTAFE
If you have a student that needs to change groups you can reorganise your groups here.
Students that need to re-enrol usually need to be updated to current group.
