Westlaw Registration Key arrives by – it MUST BE REGISTERED to your name – follow the instructions provided. Quicklaw information arrives by from Connie Beaudoin. Follow the instruction to create your own user ID and password. DUAL JD – USE A SEPARATE BROWSER for Westlaw US and WestlawNext Canada or you will get locked out.

Do the section(s) tell us to look at a regulation for further details? What does the case law tell us about how this section is to be applied?
