6 Our Expectations of the Parents
Act as the primary educators of their child. Serve as role models for their child by being moral Christians. Bring your child On Time for class. Parents must sign-in and sign-out for their child. Pick-up On Time. Introduce yourself and get to know your child’s catechist. Help your child with assigned homework. ENTER and EXIT through the Double Iron Gate ONLY!!! Loving Complaints, Comments, Compliments, Suggestions … please come see us in the CFF Office. CFF Families will support fundraising events for the Religious Education Program. Parents are a child’s primary and enduring teachers. It is essential to the child’s spiritual growth and development that parents live the life of faith at home. Remember, the values of parents form the values of the child. The effectiveness of our Faith Formation program depends upon the parental involvement. When children do not experience what is being taught in CFF Class at home, they receive a “mixed message” which can cause inner conflict for children.
