Underachievement: 2015: 19.7% reading; 22.2% mathematics; 20.6% science (target below 15%)

Future orientations will be progressively presented in second half of 2019; full proposal and hopefully adoption in 2020
The current roadmap for the process is
for 2019:
under the RO presidency open brainstorming;
under the FI presidency: outlining future orientations;
for 2020:
under the HR presidency outlining a proposal;
under the DE presidency the adoption of the proposal. 
The work of the four IEGs (one on ET Evidence Monitoring and three specific ones) has been concluded and draft output documents had been circulated to the SGIB in advance.

HR presidency outlining a proposal;
