As at the end of June 2019 the Group’s store footprint consisted of 1,576 stores across Southern Africa and Australasia. Store Footprint Planned Store Openings and changes in Trading Space To June 2020, -83 net closures are planned, despite this, space is planned to increase +14,000m2 Woolworths Food continues to expand with 23 net new South Africa Food stores and 15 net new Engen Foodstops planned to Jun 2022 Woolworths FBH plans include expansion in Africa.
