Hi! My Name is Mrs. April Bowden! I live in Little Elm with my husband Trey, our children and our grandchildren. I enjoy traveling & being with family and friends. I will be your child’s 2nd grade teacher for the school year & I am excited to make this my best year yet! This will be my 10th year teaching.
I have taught 2nd and 3rd grade and various curriculum roles. I am very excited to be at Leadership Prep.

I was born in Bronx, New York. We moved to Texas when I was 8. I grew up in Grand Prairie, Texas where I attended Grand Prairie ISD schools through graduation.

MY EDUCATION!
In August of 2009, I graduated with a Bachelors of Interdisciplinary Studies from R.G. LeTourneau University. In December 2011, I graduated with R.G. LeTourneau for the 2nd time with a Masters Degree in Education, Educational Leadership.
