Adding a Care Class (Categories are the second level of your organization’s offerings hierarchy: Program > Category > Class > Session) 1.) Enrichment tab > Class 2.) On the Class Listing page, click “Add Class”

Adding a Care Class (Categories are the second level of your organization’s offerings hierarchy: Program > Category > Class > Session) 3.) On the Class Maintenance page: i. Enter Class ID & Class Name, & select Account Code & Primary Category from the corresponding dropdown menus. ii. Check the box & change the default message displayed if no current sessions are being offered at the time, & enter any pertinent Class Information. (Please Note: These items are not required, & are optional features.) Optional: check this box if you would like the class displayed on your homepage if there are no active sessions available.

Enter a Class Description that will appear on your public site. Also, if you would like a system-generate Class Reminder sent to registrants, enter the # of days before the session start day you would like it to go out. Then, click “Save & Publish” or “Save”. (Please Note: These items are not required, & are optional features.) 4.) You will receive confirmation that the Class was created successfully, & can select how you wish to proceed.
