Independent Reading First, submit any work you may still have: “The Elements of Story: Characters”, “The Elements of Story: Setting”, “Talent Show Contest”, “Setting Worksheet 1”, and/or “Identifying Story Elements”). Then, read independently for the first 15 minutes of class. Remember, next Biblionasium is due next week!

Essential Question: How is change significant? What makes a good story? Standard: ELACC6RL3 – Describe how a particular story’s or drama’s plot unfolds in a series of episodes as well as how the characters respond or change as the plot moves toward a resolution.

PBL Review your peer partner’s PBL pitch and provide feedback to them using the rubric. Then, assess that same partner’s PBL testimonial using the color coding system/highlighters. Be sure to provide useful feedback to encourage them to improve. Once finished, return the work to that person so they may review the advice and commentary. Resubmit the PBL testimonial to the homework bin. Take the PBL pitch back to your social studies teacher. Important Dates!
