1. Brewed from the first time in late Summer 2017 Por Favor Pils is a crisp refreshing Mexican style lager with its roots deep in the old World brewing traditions exported to the Americas in the 19th century.
A sturdy malt backbone is build on top of first class German Pilsner Malt and American 2-Row barley. A pinch of German Magnum hops followed by later helpings of CA Saaz provide a pleasant lemony citrus bitterness. Crystal clear gold in color and with a firm white foamy head, at 4.8% ABV and 18 IBUs you can be assured this beer is refreshing and easy drinking and is the result of this foray into our take on this classic style.
As with all our beers, Por Favor Pils is brewed with Clarity-Ferm™ from White Labs.
