6 General requirements Things to Note
Must have a current sports physical by the start of tryouts. All practices, events, and performances are MANDATORY. Outside of Cheer Other extra-curricular activities (including work) do not take priority over the summer, fall, & winter season. Expectations Maintain exemplary attendance, grades, and teacher-student associations at all times. Must abide by WHS and CHSAA code of conduct. No profanity, fighting (physical or verbal), discrimination, or inappropriate language/jokes will be tolerated toward any other teammates/schoolmates/rival teams.

9 Academics Biweekly Eligibility Things to Note Quarter Eligibility
If you have two or more classes in which you have dashes you are considered ineligible. If you would be considered ineligible at the end of the current semester, you will be benched under Quarter Eligibility rules, effective at the start of the upcoming academic year. Quarter Eligibility If you are quarter, you’ll be ineligible for the entire following quarter. If you are ineligible for 2 quarters in a row, you will be dismissed from the team. If at the end of the 1st semester you are deemed ineligible, you will be dismissed from the team per school policy. Biweekly Eligibility If you are a biweekly check, you’ll be ineligible until the next biweekly is ran.

10 attendance Excused Unexcused Funeral Missing without notification
All events are MANDATORY. If you have 4 unexcused absences in a quarter, this will result in dismissal from the team. If there’s an event you’ll be missing, you must notify the coach via an excuse form. If you are sick, either you leave early or don’t attend school at all, you must notify the coaches when you notify the school or you leave the school. If there is an emergency, please notify the coach within 2hrs prior to the event. 12 Cost Things to Note Team Fee is $100 and required by all athletes.
How to Pay All payments must to be paid to Coach Ashleigh. Payments will be accepted via cash or check. All checks must be made out to “WHS Cheerleading.” If the check is returned for insufficient funds, you are responsible for any/all fees accrued. Things to Note Team Fee is $100 and required by all athletes. This goes to music, signs, etc. $210 is required from all team members at the 1st practice. This is non-refundable. In order letter and tryout for the following year, you must have a $0 balance with both Coach Ashleigh and Empire Payment Plan Payments are due to Coach Ashleigh on the 1st of every month. All payments must be paid by March 1st if you use the payment plan option. If a payment is missed, you will be benched until the payment is made.

17 Empire athletics Payment Where, When, & Why Address:
12351 Grant Street, Unit 340, Thornton, CO 80241 Scheduled time: Saturdays 11a-1p 1hr tumbling 1hr stunting Practices are MANDATORY Cost Total 70.00/mo. except May in May This includes enrollment fee, E.A. attire, & 25% down Payment Even if you don’t attend a practice, you will still be charged. Charge happens on the 3rd Monday of each month. Must pay E.A. directly. Autopay is an option. If your account isn’t current, you may get sent to collections.

18 First “practice” May 1st $210 due.
Both the athlete and their parent are required to attend. Both the athlete and their parent will sign contracts. Enroll in Band (Source of communication, monthly calendar, and more) The first athletic practice will be May 2nd.
