In the 6 months following the launch of our new website in April, 2013 we doubled unique visits and leads distributed to the network! To capitalize on this momentum and continue to leverage the power of the Google platform on which the site is built, we are considering several innovative features in Commute Cloud: allows users to search for listings based on driving distance from a specific location (incorporates standard traffic patterns provided by Google) Natural Language Search: allows users to search for listings using common language that will search data fields, remarks and Google’s databases. User Accounts: will allow users to create accounts, login, save searches and be notified of changes to listings – this will synched across all platforms. Which of these features do you feel would appeal to your Clients the most? 8

WOW Design: Modern design that will appeal to new recruits and make existing agents proud. Intuitive Usability: Information will be easy to find and a Google Search will be available! Contextual Help: Contextual Training and Online Support capabilities. Mobile: Fully Mobile-accessible Incorporating Google Apps: Google Apps will be integrated so that all Royal LePage agents, not just Gmail users, can benefit from the new tools. Discussion groups for sharing best practices will be available.

Would you if it provided compelling content and a unique experience? How would you anticipate using the Intranet in recruiting new agents? Would you prefer continuing with a guest login or an unsecure area of the site? Both? Would a “news-portal” style homepage replacing Leading Edge Online be welcome? What would you want on the homepage? How personal should it be? Would you consider using a sub-site as your own office intranet if it were available? 18
