5. RBMP measures focus at:

Further reduction of emissions from SWWTPs

Necessity for the development of new cost efficient techniques
Innovation Program WFD (€ 75 mln, )
Sewerage & purification, agriculture, water system
Need for implementation of additional measures in cooperation with agricultural sectors
Invitation to private sectors:
Appeal on corporate stewardship / sector, market & chain parties
Take measures in cooperation with regional governments
Make use of the CAP (including RDP)

7. 3rd RDP
The National Government and 12 provinces work together producing 1 national program with 4 regional implementing approaches
Provinces develop and implement activities to the RDP measures
Water boards participate and insert the water issues (including the WFD challenges) in the program
National government is accountable for correct execution of the program and EU conformity
Water boards offered to annually add ca. € 40 million for co financing water related measures.
