The three repeats of the N-terminal c-Myb DNA-binding domain are linked to the transactivation domain (AD) and the C-terminal negative regulatory domain (NRD), which interacts with the DBD via the EVES motif. The four mutations in the v-Myb DBD are indicated by short black bars. The N-terminal peptidyl-prolyl isomerase (PPIase) domain is shown as a Pacman linked to the C-terminal domain containing three tetratricopeptide (TPR) repeats (crosshatched boxes).
