Collapsible carriage fits in standard car trunk
Children sit comfortably and safely within metal frame

5. Wheel Configuration
20” Bicycle wheels for curbs and rough terrain (Boston sidewalks)
Casters in back reduce turning radius
Safe: 4 wheels structure very stable

6. Braking System Active Braking Passive Braking Hand brake for inclines
Friction brake engages automatically upon detachment

7. Double Sided Belt Mount
Allows for hands-free mobility
Natural stride
Secure and easily detachable
Carriage remains stable if parent falls

8. Project Mockup Conclusions
What we learned:
Must be stable and able to collapse
Attachment arms must be rigid during use
Importance of safety in every element of design
What’s next:
Refine folding; locking mechanisms for rigidity
Develop sunshades and coverings
Research additional features
