5. Cooking Competition for Ladies

Participants have to prepare a healthy snack item at home & bring it.
Own materials to be used. Write about the *Ingredients, *Procedure, *Nutritional value, *Cost, *time needed for preparation. [Please do not write your name]
Judges will ask few questions to the participants & evaluate the dish based on-
a) Nutritional Value, b) Taste, c) Approximate cost, d) Effort/time required for preparation. Top two dishes will be given prizes.
