Be a place for states to:
Share, interact, collaborate, and strategize with other states (early intervention lead agencies) on shared issues around improving family outcomes practices
Partake in and benefit from a network of shared leadership
Deepen interactivity and inter-connectivity at a national & state level
Create an environment that supports states in:
Engaging in new learning and applying and implementing that knowledge
Engaging in both individualized and cross-state learning
Support states in:
Deepening their content knowledge of data & evidence-based practices (EBP)
Building capacity around authentic stakeholder engagement and implementing effective EBP at the state and local levels
Making infrastructure improvements using implementation science
