Power: Judicial Review Established by Marbury v. Madison (1803) Strengthened the Power of Supreme Court Definition: The power to decide whether any law passed by Congress or Presidential decision is constitutional or unconstitutional.

Constitutional means that the Constitution says it’s okay. Unconstitutional means that it's not allowed by the Constitution
