The Mission of Alonzo and Tracy Mourning Senior High is to support student learning through the cooperation, devotion and determination of all stakeholders, including parents, students, teachers, administrators, support personnel, and the communities in which our students live. NO ELECTRONIC DEVICES ARE ALLOWED!
Make sure cell phones are inaudible and in the Cell Phone Parking Lot. (No talking or texting on cell phones during class!)

11. DETENTIONS!!!
Detentions are held on Friday afternoons for not following the class rules.
Parents will have to give consent for the detention by signing the detention slip that will be sent home.
The time will be from 2:30 pm – 4:00 pm.

Intensive Reading is designed to prepare students for the Florida Standards Assessment (FSA) test.

Assessment supports instruction and student learning, and test results help Florida’s educational leadership and stakeholders determine whether the goals of the education system are being met.
