Venue Address - If the event takes place in multiple locations, enter the location with the largest number of attendees. For events that span over a large geographic area and that may not have a specific address (i.e. parade, marathon), provide a route or address or intersection of the start or finish area. Recurring and Annual Event: Recurring Event: This event recurs on a regularly scheduled basis, such as semi-annually, annually, or every four years. The event can occur in the same locale (Daytona 500) or it can change locations (Super Bowl, World Cup, and the Olympics). Annual Event: For an event to be considered an annual event, it must take place in the same jurisdiction annually. For example, the Daytona 500 takes place in Daytona, FL every year, so it should be marked annual. The Super Bowl changes locations annually, so it should not be marked annual. If an event is marked “Yes” for annual, please ensure that it is also marked “Yes” for recurring.
