Davisvision.com allows current and prospective members to view plan benefits and available products via a secure Client login; all the user needs is their employer group’s Client Code. The site features a public provider search, vision reference library, frame try-on and FAQs. We believe in immediate customer care and environmentally-friendly practices, which is why we have a renewed focus on our website - simplifying the site experience, improving searchability and intuitive navigation, deploying rich media content for improved user engagement and expanding the breadth of our information to better serve the needs of our customers. And it’s fully-accessible through the Davis Vision mobile app for iOS and Android devices.
Similarly, our secure customer web portals are the key interface we maintain with our clients and members; it is where they actively seek information from us as a service provider. In 2017, all customer portals will be fully mobile-responsive, to meet the rapidly growing consumer demand for information access on tablets and smartphones, and will be updated in design for improved navigation, user-friendliness and access to benefit details…digitally, not print!
In addition to these improved web experiences, Davis Vision is also launching two education calculators with its new wellness initiative at Fit Fwd provides companies with tools and resources to foster health and wellness among employees or enhance existing wellness programs.
