01 What is Hoshonti? An enterprise-wide, collaborative project between the ePMO, HR, IT, and Finance Cloud-based data management of all human capital and financial information for the Nation (e.g., payroll, benefits, compensation) A “single point of truth” for all the Nation’s data Enterprise Data Job activities aligned to robust new environment Aligned Activities Work processes streamlined to allow for focus on high-value activities Roles aligned to positively impact services delivered to associates and Tribal Members Roles/Responsibilities Talent optimized for high-performing service delivery
