Describe and evaluate the relevance of the project and its need in the partner country with indication of the problem to the solution of which the project will contribute in the partner country. Project aim is directly connected to the IMPACT. We aim for impact! Objectives – means to specify the goal.

Activities – practical elements of the objectives
Project activities Indicate the activities necessary for the achievement of each particular result. Not more than 200 words. Number the project activities. Project visibility Indicate how the project will be publicized in Lithuania and in the partner country and what information events or measures intended to enhance the visibility of the project and its results are planned during the project. Not more than 100 words. Specify the measures that will be implemented in publicizing activities If visibility activities are carried out in Facebook, specify how it will be done E.g. The Project Partner FB's page which has 3,000 followers, will feature weekly posts on project activities, create an event for the closing conference, and upload a summary video
