12. 12 Ambassade, sted, tid og avsender Tema 16 pkt Funding under the EEA Grants 2009-14 Cultural heritage  The designated Programme Operator for the Cultural heritage programme is the Ministry of Culture with support from the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works  Up to 2,5 mln. euro are envisaged for phase II of SAMCA project  Not less than 500 000 euro shall be set aside for a small grants scheme for promotion of diversity in culture and arts, including cultural exchange between the Donor States and Bulgaria.

13. 13 Ambassade, sted, tid og avsender Tema 16 pkt Funding under the EEA Grants 2009-14 Scholarships  The designated Programme Operator for the Scholarship programme is the Ministry of Education, Youth and Science  Overall objective - enhanced human capital and knowledge base in the Beneficiary States  Total funding – 1,5 mln. euro  Norwegian Centre for International Cooperation in Higher Education (SIU) will function as a lead Donor Programme Partner.
