7. ITIS Giorgi has implemented an e-learning course for the school year 2008-2009 2008-2009 e-learning course

8. The e-learning course, dealing with English as language 2, has started at the beginning of September. Three classes have been included with a total of 20 learners. Learners have been enrolled in a virtual class on Indire Platform.

9. Students have first been enabled, in presence, to use the platform and its contents.

10. Later they have been urged to follow the distance education mainly through asyncronous tools, since they are able to choose the best time to enter the platform, taking into account the time limits due to their job and family obligations. Neverthless they have been given the possibility of a syncronous approch (through Skype), in case they would have had the opportunity of using it.

11.
