15 MEEDOEN: HOE/WAT/WAAROM? Winst: niet in termen van geld, maar van waarde voor netwerk en afzetmarkt Slagingspercentages gering (over all 17%/UT 22%, laatste ronde FP7) Kenmerken goed voorstel: duurzaam consortium, met ervaren partners, in time gerealiseerd, oog voor context, heldere impact
