2 CORE: T2 Engineer –QA Req # : 227,226,237,233,238 Position : Software Engineer – QA Job Descriptions + The candidate should be an experienced QA engineer who can work with minimal supervision. + Successful candidates will have a thorough understanding of software development lifecycle and test processes. The candidate will interact and consult with the developers, concerning testing, bugs, and requirements clarifications. The candidate is responsible for developing test plans, test cases and test automation scripts. + Qualifications : + B.E / B.Tech in computer science/ Engineering or a related discipline. + 4+ years experience in testing both Web based and applications and server side testing. + Strong problem solving skills and ability to troubleshoot application and environment issues. + Ability to identify, debug and clearly articulate software defects. + Must effectively communicate testing status to management. + Good knowledge of one of the programming languages(C/C++/Java) and data structures + Good knowledge of Automation + Working knowledge of Windows, UNIX or Linux. + Exposure to Information Security is desirable + Must have a proficient knowledge of software development methodologies + Good oral and written communication skills

3 CORE: T3 A Engineer -QA Req # : 232, 240, 241 Position : Lead – QA Job Descriptions + The candidate should be a hands-on experienced QA Engineer who can work independently with minimum supervision to accomplish assigned tasks on schedule. + Successful candidates will have a strong testing background in both web based application and server side testing. Qualifications : + B.E / B.Tech in computer science/ Engineering or a related discipline. + 6-7 years of software testing experience in a Test/QA organization. + Ability to devise test strategies, document test plans and test cases based on analysis of business requirements, functional requirements, and design documents. + Ability to determine test scope and provide accurate test estimates. + Strong problem solving skills and ability to troubleshoot application and environment issues. + Ability to identify, debug and clearly articulate software defects. + Must effectively communicate testing status to management. + Good knowledge of one of the programming languages(C/C++/Java) and data structures + Good knowledge of Automation + Working knowledge of Windows, UNIX or Linux. + Exposure to Information Security is desirable + Must have a proficient knowledge of software development methodologies. 4 CORE: T3 B Engineer -QA Req # : 242, 243 Position : Sr Lead – QA Job Descriptions + The candidate should be a hands-on experienced QA Engineer who can work independently with minimum supervision to accomplish assigned tasks on schedule. + Successful candidates will have a strong testing background in both web based application and server side testing. 5 CORE: T4 Manager –QA Req # :235, 236 Position : Manager – QA Job Descriptions + The QA managers responsibility is to plan, coordinate, and supervise activities related to the testing of products in the SSL product family. + The person is expected to work effectively across functional teams, apply proven communication skills, problem-solving skills and knowledge of best practices to guide the QA team on day to day activities. + The successful candidate will be a technical, hands-on manager who is capable of + building a high performance QA team + responsible for quality deliverables from the offshore team + drive the team to meet project/product delivery commitments + Facilitate Quality procedures within the project + Mentoring the team and provide direction for identifying and resolving technical issues. + Highly self-motivated with strong analytical skills + Should be able to prioritize and execute tasks Qualifications : + B.E / B.Tech in computer science/ Engineering or a related discipline. + A minimum of 10 years of experience in software industry preferably product based companies with atleast 6 years in the QA role and at least 2 years experience in managing QA teams. + Should have experience of leading teams in atleast 2 release cycles. + Experience in testing Web based applications and server side testing. + Experience in testing information security related products is desirable. + Experience in automated testing (Win-Runner, LoadRunner or other automation knowledge) + Good knowledge of one of the programming languages(C/C++/Java) and data structures + Working knowledge of Windows, UNIX or Linux. + Must have a proficient knowledge of software development methodologies.
