(approx 30 courses will be created) Matrix will be created once all procedures are complete to ensure the matrix matches the responsibility section of all procedures. Will create QUAL roles in smart once all training is done – will apply training to role – then assign role to identified employees

Should FSTs be grandfathered in until end of 2010? How do we get them qualified in a reasonable time. Are there enough installs, maintenance and removals to support? Will SMEs be available to travel and do final qualification of FSTs?

World leader in gases for industry, health and the environment 15 Level Obstacles FSCs will want ALL employees qualified in ALL areas! What if a level 3 wants to become a 4 and no APSA installs are in the area? Do we need to include years of experience as a criteria? Does a qualified trainer need to be a qualification for a level 4?
