2. The Music and Welsh Departments recently joined forces and put together a Year 7 Welsh Choir.

3. In July, our Vocal Group had the opportunity to perform at the Albert Hall, with Sinfonia Cymru, a group young musical talent in partnership with the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama. Sinfonia Cymru supports young musicians at the outset of their careers, and gave the singers of Llandrindod High School the opportunity to sing in a concert presented by none other than Connie Fisher!! (winner of the 2005 BBC programme; How do you solve a problem like Maria? )
