24 Managing Files and Folders One of the most important things a designer can do to be productive is to be organized. Creating folders and placing files saves time

26 SUMMARY As a designer it is important to have a fundamental understanding of both Windows Vista and Mac OS X operating systems, their similarities and differences, and how to use files on both systems. You must know how to navigate around each system and understand the similarities of various functions and keystrokes. You must know how to create a manageable work environment.
