The Initial Dual Layer Tread is shown below. After using a tire for a period of
time (wear conditions depending on driver influence), then the soft sub-Layer
compound appears.
Take 225/40R18 92 W NS-20 as an example, the size groove depth is
8.1mm, when the 1st layer tread finish wearing (About 5,000km), which
is half of the depth(4.0mm), then the 2nd tread will appear.

The NANKANG RX-615 is not designed as a competitive tires, but mainly to be a
comfortable tire. A comfort tire of course must also address road noise. The RX-615
design features a physical characteristic called "Frequency Transformation“, to reduce
the noise caused by the tire blocks. This method is used in the 5 different sizes placed
In RX-615, and using computer simulation of different sizes combinations to make the
tire rolling noise generated varies frequency. The optimized tread design can greatly
