Finding the slide you want The slides are organized in the following way: –All of the light background slides are at the start of the file and the dark background slides start half-way through and go to the end of the file –Within each background section, the slides are grouped by the number of days in the month, starting with 28 days, then 29 days and so on until 31 days –Within each group of slides, the slides are sub-grouped by whether the start of the week is Sunday or Monday –Each group is introduced by a title slide explaining which group it is, so it is easy to find when scrolling through the list of slides in the Slide Sorter view You can scroll through the slides to find the one you want, or you can use the Find function of PowerPoint (Press Ctrl+F to access this function) and enter the number of days (i.e. 30 days) to find the title slide at the start of that sub-group When you find the sub-group you are looking for, look at each of the slides in that sub-group to select the one that best fits your situation Copyright 2008 Dave Paradi. Instructions for using these content template slides Copy a slide from this file by clicking on it in the slide list, press Ctrl+C, go to the spot in your slide file that you want to insert it, press Ctrl+V (Tip: if your slides use a light background, select a slide from this file with a white background, if your slides use a dark background, select a slide from this file with a navy blue background) When you paste the slide, it will take on the color scheme that your slides use; edit the fill colors and level of transparency of any shapes if necessary; edit the text color to match the other text Edit the default text on the slide to add your own text. Move the labels to the correct position if necessary. Edit the colors for each shape if necessary. Edit the size of the shapes if necessary Add any text, photos or graphics to the slide Modify the animation sequence if you selected a slide that has animation already included Copyright 2008 Dave Paradi.
