A client of ours unintentionally didn't disclose a car payment to us when we took his loan application. Not only that, it didn't show up on his credit report either. But it DID show up on his Credit Union statement. See sometimes credit unions don't report loans the the credit agencies. So If you've got a transaction going right now, check with the loan officer and the clients to make sure that you don't experience this little surprise.
