REFUTING EVOLUTION Evolutionary theory doesnt follow scientific method. It is metascientific. Evolution, if true, would violate established scientific laws, such as the second law of thermodynamics. Natural selection and random mutation cannot account for the emergence of observed species and higher taxa. Evolutionary geologists and biologists dating techniques are faulty. The fossil record does not support evolution through common descent.

REFUTING EVOLUTION Evolutionary theory doesnt follow scientific method. It is metascientific. It is a fallacy to believe that facts speak for themselves they are always interpreted according to a framework. The framework behind the evolutionists interpretation is naturalismit is assumed that things made themselves, that no divine intervention has happened, and that God has not revealed to us knowledge about the past.

REFUTING EVOLUTION Evolutionary theory doesnt follow scientific method. It is metascientific. Unproven ideas: Nothing gave rise to something at an alleged big bang, Non-living matter gave rise to life, Single-celled organisms gave rise to many-celled organisms, Invertebrates gave rise to vertebrates, Ape-like creatures gave rise to man, Non-intelligent and amoral matter gave rise to intelligence and morality

REFUTING EVOLUTION Evolutionary theory doesnt follow scientific method. It is metascientific. Evolution [is] a theory universally accepted not because it can be proven by logically coherent evidence to be true, but because the only alternative, special creation, is clearly incredible. 1 Professor D.M.S. Watson 1

REFUTING EVOLUTION Evolution, if true, would violate established scientific laws, such as the second law of thermodynamics. law of science: basic, unchanging principle of nature; a scientifically observed phenomenon which has been subjected to very extensive measurements and experimentation and has repeatedly proved to be invariable throughout the known universe (e.g., the law of gravity, the laws of motion). thermodynamics: the study of heat power; a branch of physics which studies the efficiency of energy transfer and exchange. 1 1

REFUTING EVOLUTION Evolution, if true, would violate established scientific laws, such as the second law of thermodynamics. 2nd law of thermodynamics: This law observes the fact that the useable energy in the universe is becoming less and less. Ultimately there would be no available energy left. Stemming from this fact we find that the most probable state for any natural system is one of disorder. All natural systems degenerate when left to themselves.

REFUTING EVOLUTION Natural selection and random mutation cannot account for the emergence of observed species and higher taxa.
9
REFUTING EVOLUTION Evolutionary geologists and biologists dating techniques are faulty. Some elements, such as uranium, undergo radioactive decay to produce other elements. By measuring the quantities of radioactive elements and the elements into which they decay in rocks, geologists can determine how much time has elapsed since the rock has cooled from an initially molten state.
10
REFUTING EVOLUTION Evolutionary geologists and biologists dating techniques are faulty. Assumptions: Normally empty on top Rate stays constant System remains closed
11
REFUTING EVOLUTION Evolutionary geologists and biologists dating techniques are faulty. Assume rate of decay is constant Assume rocks havent been altered over time Wrong dates for rocks of known historical age Conflicting dates between different methods of dating

REFUTING EVOLUTION The fossil record does not support evolution through common descent. Why is not every geological formation and every stratum full of such intermediate links? Geology assuredly does not reveal any such finely graduated organic chain; and this is the most obvious and serious objection which can be urged against the theory. Charles Darwin

REFUTING EVOLUTION The fossil record does not support evolution through common descent. I fully agree with your comments about the lack of direct illustration of evolutionary transitions in my book. If I knew of any, fossil or living, I would certainly have included them …. I will lay it on the linethere is not one such fossil for which one could make a watertight argument. Dr. Colin Patterson: Evolution

REFUTING EVOLUTION The fossil record does not support evolution through common descent. The absence of fossil evidence for intermediary stages between major transitions in organic design, indeed our inability, even in our imagination, to construct functional intermediates in many cases, has been a persistent and nagging problem for gradualistic accounts of evolution. Dr. Stephen J. Gould

REFUTING EVOLUTION The fossil record does not support evolution through common descent. Organisms appear abruptly and fully formed in the fossil record. *Bats *Pterosaurs *Birds *Turtles *Mammals (all 32 orders)

REFUTING EVOLUTION The fossil record does not support evolution through common descent. The earliest and most primitive members of every order already have the basic ordinal characters, and in no case is an approximately continuous series from one order to another known. In most cases the break is so sharp and the gap so large that the origin of the order is speculative and much disputed. George Gaylord Simpson
