Flip Mino post pulled 396 but is older than Encouraging Risk Taking in Employees with 601. How to focus of blogs generates Google traffic = #1 driver. Its the way people find us. Short form blog posts cannot be propagated. Need to be >250 words, no video, how to in focus. Short form blogs can still be bookmarked
